Key Requirements
BS in Mechanical or Manufacturing Engineering or similar technical field
Experience in engineering problem solving
Good computer skills and understanding of mechanical drawings and blueprints
Basic understanding of basic methods of machining
Demonstrated interest and ability to learn and apply agile methodologies
Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing concepts
Experience working in manufacturing environment
Ability and willingness to work Non-Standard Hours
