Key Requirements

  • BS in Mechanical or Manufacturing Engineering or similar technical field
  • Experience in engineering problem solving
  • Good computer skills and understanding of mechanical drawings and blueprints
  • Basic understanding of basic methods of machining
  • Demonstrated interest and ability to learn and apply agile methodologies
  • Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing concepts
  • Experience working in manufacturing environment
  • Ability and willingness to work Non-Standard Hours
