The Apprentice Recovery Pastor serves in a developmental role under the direct supervision of the Recovery Pastor to assist with spiritual and operational needs.
This position involves supporting the four pillars of the recovery model: Discipleship, Admin, Families, and Culture while learning pastoral leadership skills.
Candidates must affirm Hope Center Ministries' Statement of Faith and live a lifestyle consistent with biblical standards of leadership.
