Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Urban Planning, Architecture, Civil Engineering, or related field
Master's degree preferred
Professional certification (AICP, MCIP, or equivalent) strongly preferred
15-20 years of progressive experience in development planning
10 years of experience with buildings exceeding 30 floors
5 years on projects exceeding 50 floors
Proven track record of navigating municipal approval processes
