Job Summary

  • Develop, test, and optimize credit recovery policies for unsecured credit, connecting operational metrics to financial results and managing risks.
  • Monitor and analyze collection KPIs such as contact, promise, cure, roll rate, and ROI, while executing A/B and champion-challenger tests for policy evolution.
  • Interact with Operations, Products, and Technology teams to facilitate adjustments and tests, and prepare presentations and analyses to support strategic decisions.
