Job Summary
Assist in all aspects related to maintaining, troubleshooting, and planning the network infrastructure, server deployments and upgrades, and all MidSouth software applications.
Responsibilities include the maintenance of Linux and Windows servers, virus protection, backups, troubleshooting, and future planning and maintenance of numerous software applications.
Provide support and expertise for Zoom training, Zoom Webinars, and Zoom Rooms.
