Job Summary

• Oversee the day-to-day activities of our Regional Tier 2 HR Operations team, ensuring efficient services that meet customer and client expectations.
• Analyze key metrics such as Time to Respond, Time to Resolve, Customer Satisfaction (CSAT), and Case Volume to ensure quality service and operational performance.
• Collaborate closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure HR Operations and payroll are implemented in new affiliates in accordance with applicable legislation and compliance.

Key Requirements

• Minimum 3 years management experience
• Bachelor Degree or similar background
• Strong process, technical, change management, communication, and influencing skills
• Ability to understand and interpret metrics
• Ability to interpret and communicate HR policies
• Holder of work permit & residency in Poland
