Job Summary
To lead the industrialization of the new P1 and improve the production efficiency (machine & Direct Labor) in its perimeter.
To manage production equipment introduction using IPROM, follow equipment or assembly lines development with the supplier, and define the acceptance criteria for new equipment or line.
To monitor QCDM and propose improvement, survey the performance of equipments, and work on Cycle time reduction to optimize investments, material & labor costs.
