Job Summary
Assist the Unit Managers in all aspects of unit operations and floor management to facilitate the fulfillment of financial goals and company initiatives.
Ensure complete guest satisfaction at all times by handling guest complaints and solving them according to customer service standards.
Maintain and ensure a safe facility environment including standards for maintenance and upkeep of unit’s equipment, sanitation, dress, cash control, and employee hygiene.
