Manage the APACMEA Outsourcing Governance and service management framework for internal service provision including management of contractual documentation, service change governance and performance reporting.
Lead outsourcing governance forums and stakeholder engagement with regional /Local Service AE, Compliance, Supplier Management, Outsourcing Risk Officers and global counterparts.
Drive and manage the lifecycle of the outsourcing arrangement from onboarding, on-going monitoring to termination.
