Job Summary
Lead the strategy, design and delivery of customer and adviser insights to programmes to inform and drive business strategy, proposition development, regulatory compliance and operational improvements.
Manage third party research suppliers in order to optimise the value derived from these partnerships, building a complete knowledge of customers and advisers from these complimentary sources.
