Responsibilities include owning and driving all operational aspects of the project, partnering with the Game Director, and proactively removing roadblocks.
Qualifications include 7+ years of operations, development, or production leadership experience on an internal game development team and proven experience leading 100+ sized distributed organizations.

Salary
Base: $141,400 - $256,000 CAD/USD; Bonus/Equity: Eligible for bonus and equity; Benefits: Comprehensive benefits package including paid time off, health insurance, retirement plan, and family leave
