Administer the franchise application and contract process for various franchise events including store sales, builds, and refranchises.
Ensure compliance with Federal Trade Commission Disclosure Laws for the Franchise Disclosure Document and Franchise Agreements.
Act as the primary liaison between Franchisees, DPLLC Entities, and Outside Vendors, conducting extensive communications throughout the process.
