Job Summary
The primary responsibility of the Registered Nurse (RN) is to supervise and provide direct nursing care during the assigned NOC shift in accordance with current federal, state, and local regulations.
Ensure adequate RN/LVN and CNA staffing levels throughout the shift and supervise, support, and delegate duties to nursing staff.
Provide direct nursing care, including medication administration and treatments, and monitor residents for changes in condition and notify physicians and families as needed.
