Base: $160,000 - $225,000 depending on location; Bonus/Equity: Performance based incentive compensation including cash bonuses and/or long term incentives; Benefits: Comprehensive health, financial and other benefits

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or Military Experience
  • At least 3 years of investment banking or transaction advisory experience
  • Preferred 4+ years M&A experience in healthcare
  • Financial modeling experience with detailed operating models
  • FINRA Licenses - Series 63, Series 79, SIE
  • At least 2 years sell-side M&A experience
