Key Requirements

  • Post-secondary education in Engineering, Sustainability or related field
  • Extensive experience leading municipal asset and/or energy management programs
  • Extensive experience leading, coaching, and motivating staff through major change initiatives
  • Extensive experience in enterprise work order management system, asset data management, risk management, and asset prioritization framework
  • Extensive experience working with executives and senior management teams
  • Considerable experience in strategic planning and financial forecasting
  • Superior analytical and well-developed human relations skills
  • Familiarity with relevant employment legislation
  • Valid Province of Ontario Class "G" Driver's License
