The Project Director will provide visionary leadership in transforming the asset and energy management portfolio for Toronto Parks and Recreation.
Major responsibilities include championing collaboration, prioritizing condition assessments, developing service standards, and leading the development of a long-term asset management strategy.
The role will also oversee staff, manage performance, ensure compliance, and prepare reports for City executives and Committees of Council.

Key Requirements
Post-secondary education in Engineering, Sustainability or related field
Extensive experience leading municipal asset and/or energy management programs
Extensive experience leading, coaching, and motivating staff through major change initiatives
Extensive experience in enterprise work order management system, asset data management, risk management, and asset prioritization framework
Extensive experience working with executives and senior management teams
Considerable experience in strategic planning and financial forecasting
Superior analytical and well-developed human relations skills
Familiarity with relevant employment legislation
Valid Province of Ontario Class "G" Driver's License
