Job Summary

  • Your mission is to provide excellent customer service by delivering orders and ensuring they meet IKEA quality standards to achieve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • You will manage the flow of merchandise delivery, solve logistics incidents, and support various areas within the Customer Relations department.
  • In addition to customer service, you will participate actively in team meetings and perform specific tasks such as cash register closing and helping customers load purchases in vehicles.
