Job Summary
Your mission is to provide excellent customer service by delivering orders and ensuring they meet IKEA quality standards to achieve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
You will manage the flow of merchandise delivery, solve logistics incidents, and support various areas within the Customer Relations department.
In addition to customer service, you will participate actively in team meetings and perform specific tasks such as cash register closing and helping customers load purchases in vehicles.
