Experience in long-term care setting
Ability to assist with discharge planning
Key Requirements
Valid CNA license in California
Active RNA certification
Current CPR certification
High school diploma or equivalent
Preferred 1 year long-term care experience
Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred for social services
Prior healthcare or skilled nursing experience preferred
