Job Summary

  • This role provides primary support to the Senior Vice President in administering and enforcing player policies including the PES, SOA, PCP, and Gambling Policies.
  • The Counsel will represent the league and member clubs in arbitration under the Collective Bargaining Agreement and defend disciplinary decisions at appeal hearings.
  • NFL employees are required to work 40 hours in-office per week with no remote or hybrid options available.

  • Criminal or federal/state practice background

Key Requirements

  • Minimum 5 to 6 years of litigation experience
  • Law Degree (J.D.) from an accredited institution
  • Experience conducting docket of litigation matters and investigations
  • Significant experience handling arbitrations and/or trials
