  • As a #3 Bindery Operator, you will be responsible for performing set-up tasks, monitoring the equipment and troubleshooting on our Core Publishing Solutions team.
  • You’re a fit for the role of a #3 Bindery Operator if you have good mechanical and technical skills, with the ability to troubleshoot, and work independently and as part of a team to resolve issues.

Key Requirements

  • High School Diploma/GED or higher
  • Vocational/technical degree preferred
  • Good mechanical and technical skills
  • Knowledge of Lean concepts
  • Competent with rulers and measurement
  • Good communication skills
  • Experience on Perfect Binders
  • Experience with hard-cover casing-in lines
  • Read and interpret documents
  • Lift at least 5 lbs. above the shoulder
  • Push, pull and lift at least 10 lbs occasionally up to 50 lbs
  • Regularly stand, walk, crouch, bend, reach and kneel
  • Wear Personal Protective Equipment
