As a #3 Bindery Operator, you will be responsible for performing set-up tasks, monitoring the equipment and troubleshooting on our Core Publishing Solutions team.
You’re a fit for the role of a #3 Bindery Operator if you have good mechanical and technical skills, with the ability to troubleshoot, and work independently and as part of a team to resolve issues.

Key Requirements
High School Diploma/GED or higher
Vocational/technical degree preferred
Good mechanical and technical skills
Knowledge of Lean concepts
Competent with rulers and measurement
Good communication skills
Experience on Perfect Binders
Experience with hard-cover casing-in lines
Read and interpret documents
Lift at least 5 lbs. above the shoulder
Push, pull and lift at least 10 lbs occasionally up to 50 lbs
Regularly stand, walk, crouch, bend, reach and kneel
