The Engineer Specials role involves supporting business objectives, resolving process and engineering problems, and analyzing product information to develop generic bill of material concepts.

Apply basic engineering principles
Develop generic bill of material concepts
Follow standardized processes
Basic understanding of MillerKnoll Performance Systems

Key Requirements
4-year degree in Mechanical Engineering or Equivalent
Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience
At least 2 years in the current role
Basic knowledge of Lean principles
Proficiency in Creo modeling and complex assemblies
