Job Summary

• KLA invents systems and solutions for the manufacturing of wafers and reticles, integrated circuits, packaging, printed circuit boards and flat panel displays.
• The Scientist will work on experimental development of next generation laser sustained plasma light sources in sub-UV wavelength region for new light source concepts.
