Job Summary

  • Under the supervision of the Executive Housekeeper, assist in the efficient and continuous management of staff uniforms, guest requests, hotel garments and fabrics, as well as other routine tasks of the position.
  • Ensure that both internal and external guests receive fair, consistent, and timely treatment, providing high-quality and personalized service.
