Job Summary

• This role serves as a critical bridge between enterprise AI strategy and real-world execution, translating vision into scalable platforms, high-impact use cases, and measurable business outcomes for Commercial and Medical Affairs.
• The Senior Director will own a portfolio of AI initiatives, guiding multiple teams and programs that leverage advanced analytics, generative AI, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and agentic AI approaches to improve decision-making, operational efficiency, and patient-centric innovation.

Salary

Base: $207,800.00 - $277,800.00 annually; Bonus/Equity: Eligible for annual bonus plan or incentive compensation plan, discretionary equity awards, Employee Stock Purchase Plan; Benefits: Comprehensive benefits package including Medical, Dental, Vision, 401(k), FSA/HSA, Life Insurance, Paid Time Off, and Wellness

Skills & Requirements

Key Requirements

• Master's or PhD in AI, Engineering, Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related quantitative field
• 10+ years of experience in data analysis, AI, advanced analytics, data science
• Experience operating in regulated industries (life sciences, healthcare, pharma preferred)
• Proven experience leading complex, cross-functional AI initiatives
• Strong working knowledge of generative AI, RAG, and agentic AI approaches
