Job Summary

  • Support and foster a high-performing team to achieve key performance targets while ensuring compliance with Global Trade requirements for the Eagle Supply Department.
  • Create and implement robust and effective standard work and processes, review and analyze hardware shortage statuses, and facilitate and influence cross-functional resolution actions to improve on-time delivery.
  • Provide timely communication to customer account managers regarding critical parts commitment streams and key shortage recovery plans, and coordinate with spare parts distribution centers to expedite logistics for critical orders.

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Aerospace Management or Business Management with 8+ years of experience OR Advanced degree with 5+ years of experience
  • Experience with SAP (sales and distribution) and MS Office skills (Excel)
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance
  • U.S. citizenship is required
