Job Summary
Leverage process and tools expertise to meet/exceed the sales team members needs related to sales orders and contracts.
Troubleshoot and assist with contracts (researching, analyzing and resolving Salesforce CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote) related issues for the sales organization) in response to requests from Sales while proactively identifying improvements.
Analyze and research previous, customer-specific contract details and any existing higher level governing agreements to inform recommendation on pricing, volume and discounting that balances Sales/End Customer expectations with Cox Auto standards and guidelines.
