Job Summary

  • Leverage process and tools expertise to meet/exceed the sales team members needs related to sales orders and contracts.
  • Troubleshoot and assist with contracts (researching, analyzing and resolving Salesforce CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote) related issues for the sales organization) in response to requests from Sales while proactively identifying improvements.
  • Analyze and research previous, customer-specific contract details and any existing higher level governing agreements to inform recommendation on pricing, volume and discounting that balances Sales/End Customer expectations with Cox Auto standards and guidelines.
