You will assist the Director of Nursing Services in directing nursing functions, developing policies, and participating in quality assurance and committee activities to maintain compliance with regulations.
The role involves direct nursing care, staff development, safety and sanitation oversight, equipment management, and participation in resident care planning and assessments.
