Job Summary
The primary purpose of this position is to support the Nursing Department by performing a variety of essential support functions for residents and staff.
Employees must maintain orderly and clean resident rooms, common areas, and equipment while following strict safety and infection control policies.
Staff are responsible for reporting all changes in resident conditions, accidents, and safety violations immediately to the Nurse Supervisor or Charge Nurse.

Must-have
Report accidents and incidents to charge nurse
Maintain clean resident rooms and common areas
Transport residents to meals and activities
Identify residents using wristbands or photo cards
Follow bloodborne pathogens and OSHA policies
Assist with meal service without feeding residents

Create atmosphere of warmth and positive emphasis
Treat residents with dignity and respect
Cooperate with inter-departmental personnel
Demonstrate practical problem-solving skills
Maintain confidentiality of resident information
Key Requirements
Minimum 8th grade education
Proficiency in Microsoft Suite products
Ability to read and interpret technical procedures
