Job Summary

  • Lead the development and implementation of regional sales plans, including account planning and contract negotiations with key customers, in line with the national strategy and sales targets.
  • Lead, motivate, and coach the team to maximize field sales productivity and achieve sales targets, identifying talent and development needs to foster growth opportunities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with regional key stakeholders (surgeons, hospital administrations, purchasing) and collaborate with KOL and BD teams to support clinical introduction, training, and business development.
