Job Summary
Lead the development and implementation of regional sales plans, including account planning and contract negotiations with key customers, in line with the national strategy and sales targets.
Lead, motivate, and coach the team to maximize field sales productivity and achieve sales targets, identifying talent and development needs to foster growth opportunities.
Build and maintain strong relationships with regional key stakeholders (surgeons, hospital administrations, purchasing) and collaborate with KOL and BD teams to support clinical introduction, training, and business development.
