Must-have

  • 10+ years technical management experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
  • Manufacturing Excellence and Lean practices implementation
  • Strategic leadership of engineering supervisors and engineers
  • Quality Management System (QMS) compliance expertise
  • P&L statement navigation and financial acumen
  • Green Belt certification or equivalent problem-solving skills
