YQN is seeking a bilingual Warehouse Inbound Supervisor for large items to lead and optimize inbound operations at their Port Reading, NJ facility. The ideal candidate will have experience in large item logistics, strong leadership skills, and proficiency in both English and Mandarin

Job Summary

  • Lead the inbound team for large/bulky items, including receiving clerks and heavy forklift operators; enforce pre-receiving safety checks.
  • Maximize dock door utilization for oversized shipments; reduce unloading-to-putaway cycle time through zone-dedicated staging.
  • Coordinate LTL/truckload deliveries of furniture, palletized machinery, or industrial goods. Direct team to inspect for concealed damage, verify dimensions/weights, and complete putaway into bulk or rack storage.
