Job Summary

  • Oversee asset protection functions, performing AP and Safety-related activities to support Home Depot's business objectives, such as, but not limited to minimizing shrink, risk and safety incidents.
  • Initiates investigations and resolution of safety, regulatory compliance, and theft related issues, making recommendations to leadership and escalating as necessary.
  • Manages a team of Asset Protection Supervisors and Auditors through hands-on leadership, identifying training needs and reviewing key deliverables.

Key Requirements

  • 3+ years of Asset Protection Supply Chain / Store Asset Protection / Distribution Operational Experience
  • Wicklander & Zulawski certified
  • LPC or LPQ Completion
  • High school diploma and/or GED
