Job Summary
The Patient Services Associate (PSA) for the Behavioral Health Service Line (BHSL) Child Diagnostic Unit provides both clerical and patient care support under the supervision of the Clinical Services Manager and direction of the RN.
Duties include assisting with processing medical records for patient admission and discharge, receptionist duties, and performing tasks for which competency is held that do not require a licensed practitioner.
