Base: $175,000; Target Compensation: $411,500 (75% base / 25% variable); Benefits: Comprehensive suite including health, wellbeing, and professional development

4+ years pre-sales experience
Routing, switching, wireless expertise
SASE/SD-WAN and data center knowledge
Network access security proficiency
Solution selling and roadmap creation

Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree in technology/engineering or equivalent experience
