Oversee the measurement and enhancement of the Value Creation Center's (VCC) performance, developing and implementing frameworks for tracking benefits and outcomes.
Lead the build and design of VCC performance dashboards to aid in proactive risk management and decision making, analyzing business performance data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Develop and implement frameworks for tracking benefits and outcomes of VCC initiatives, managing the collection and maintenance of VCC database for HC, costs, and target benefits.
