EōS Fitness is seeking an Assistant Fitness Manager to enhance member experiences and drive personal training sales at their Thousand Oaks location. The ideal candidate should have a passion for fitness, strong sales and customer service experience, and excellent interpersonal skills

Job Summary

  • As an Assistant Fitness Manager, you will primarily focus on conducting welcome workouts with new members, guiding them through their initial fitness experiences at our gym, and helping them get started with a personal training program.
  • Ensure daily targets are met, particularly during weekends or when the Fitness Manager is not present, by leading the team and driving sales initiatives.
