This role requires strong leadership to manage a cross-functional team and act as the key decision-maker bridging customer requirements with internal capabilities across Singapore, Malaysia, and China.
Candidates must possess a minimum of 5–8 years of experience in technical sales or business management within optical, mechanical, or precision engineering industries.
