Job Summary
This role leads the unit that continuously thinks of out of the box activities designed to keep employees motivated and enjoy work-life balance.
Acts as POC of all HR-related policies and initiatives to address employee inquiries and drives compliance on employee discipline, policies and regulations.
Lead the preparation of creative write-up, content development, form and media used in internal communication/reference materials, and advisories; ensuring that messages are aligned with the overall corporate strategy.
