  • The Learning & Development Technology Manager is responsible for designing, managing, and optimizing the technology ecosystem that enables frontline and operational workforce learning.
  • This role is responsible for bridging Manufacturing, HR/L&D, IT and Data teams to ensure learning technology supports productivity, safety, compliance, and workforce capability at scale.

Key Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in L&D Technology, HRIS, or enterprise systems management
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Education, Business Administration, IT, or related field preferred
  • Hands on experience with LMS/ LXP administration and implementation preferred
  • Experience working with Manufacturing or field based operations preferred
  • Demonstrated project management skills required
