The Learning & Development Technology Manager is responsible for designing, managing, and optimizing the technology ecosystem that enables frontline and operational workforce learning.
This role is responsible for bridging Manufacturing, HR/L&D, IT and Data teams to ensure learning technology supports productivity, safety, compliance, and workforce capability at scale.

Base: $92,460.65 - $144,461.14; Bonus/Equity: Annual bonus (based on incentive program terms and conditions); Benefits: Medical, Prescription, Dental, & Vision, Profit Sharing and 401(k) matching, Paid Vacation, Sick Time, and Holidays

Key Requirements
5+ years of experience in L&D Technology, HRIS, or enterprise systems management
Bachelor’s Degree in Education, Business Administration, IT, or related field preferred
Hands on experience with LMS/ LXP administration and implementation preferred
Experience working with Manufacturing or field based operations preferred
