Job Summary
As a Fleet Services Back Office Specialist, you will manage the loading and administration of fleet contracts while supporting fleet service providers and customers, with a strong focus on creating and maintaining vehicle assets in Salesforce.
The role requires full ownership of master data for FOS fleets including customers, vendors, contracts, pricing, vehicles, and tire inventories, with regular updates aligned to vehicle movements and installations.
You will track a high volume of monthly tire changes, follow up on unauthorized jobs, and ensure sub-assets are created according to installation protocols, especially during decommissioning and damage assessments.
