Job Summary

  • As a Fleet Services Back Office Specialist, you will manage the loading and administration of fleet contracts while supporting fleet service providers and customers, with a strong focus on creating and maintaining vehicle assets in Salesforce.
  • The role requires full ownership of master data for FOS fleets including customers, vendors, contracts, pricing, vehicles, and tire inventories, with regular updates aligned to vehicle movements and installations.
  • You will track a high volume of monthly tire changes, follow up on unauthorized jobs, and ensure sub-assets are created according to installation protocols, especially during decommissioning and damage assessments.
