  • Establish sustainable monitoring processes to collect key performance indicator data, analyze trends to assess improvement opportunities, and track execution effectiveness.
  • Drive cross-functional improvement projects using Lean improvement tools such as Kaizen, SMED, 5S, Autonomous Maintenance, and Centerlining.
