The primary purpose of this position is to provide each assigned resident with routine daily nursing care in accordance with their assessment and care plan.
Employees must be licensed Certified Nursing Assistants and strictly adhere to all facility policies regarding protected health information and safety protocols.
Key responsibilities include assisting with personal hygiene, monitoring vital signs, reporting accidents or condition changes, and ensuring resident comfort throughout the nightshift.

Skills & Requirements
Must-have
Licensed Certified Nursing Assistant required
Assist residents with bathing and dressing
Monitor and record vital signs TPRs
Report changes in resident condition immediately
Maintain strict patient confidentiality HIPAA
Lift and move up to 25 pounds
Follow infection control and safety protocols
Nice-to-have
Create warm and positive atmosphere
Participate in shift improvement meetings
Assist with restorative procedures
Effective communication with nursing team
Experience with elderly care preferences
Key Requirements
Must possess valid state CNA license
Minimum 10th grade education required
