Key Requirements
8+ years of professional software development experience
2+ years of experience managing or leading software engineers
BS in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience
Experience delivering AI-enabled or data-driven products
Experience leading engineering teams building AI-enabled applications
Working knowledge of modern AI architectures
Proficiency in cloud-native development, APIs, and scalable service architectures
Experience with modern programming languages and frameworks
Working knowledge of SQL and NoSQL data stores
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, observability, and production support
