This position provides strategic leadership for a comprehensive, campus-wide student leadership and engagement ecosystem that advances student learning, belonging, civic responsibility, and leadership identity development.
The Director leads a multidisciplinary team of professional staff and student leaders responsible for leadership development, civic and democratic engagement, inclusive student organizations, large-scale campus programming, and auxiliary enterprises.
