Skills & Requirements
Must-have
Speech-Language Pathologist licensed
Patient evaluation within 24 hours
Develop and implement treatment plans
Supervise Speech-Language Pathologist Assistants
Documentation of medical records
Participate in patient care conferences
Proficient in Casamba and Point Click Care
Nice-to-have
Ability to relate positively with patients and staff
Clinical preceptor for CFY/RFP and students
Participate in in-service training programs
Ability to comply with state practice acts
Experience with caregiver training and discharge planning
Key Requirements
Master’s or doctoral degree in Speech-Language Pathology
State licensure as a Speech Therapist
Completion of 350 supervised clinical practicum hours if unlicensed
At least 9 months supervised full-time SLP experience
