Candidates must manage Medical Group Revenue Cycle Site Operations to ensure standard and top decile operations across assigned Health Ministries.
The position requires overseeing vendor contract labor management, optimizing spend, and ensuring compliance with federal, state, and payer-specific guidelines.

Skills & Requirements
Must-have
Bachelor's degree in business or healthcare administration
Progressive experience in revenue cycle operations
Solid understanding of ICD-10 and CPT coding
Management experience in multi-facility integrated health care delivery system
Valid Driver's License where required by assignment

Epic experience preferred
Knowledge of accounting systems and insurance issues
Experience with healthcare industry trends and legal issues
