Must-have

  • 5+ years managing physical security technology projects
  • Extensive hands-on experience with CCure 9000 access control
  • Deep expertise in VideoEdge, Victor, and Genetec VMS platforms
  • Proven experience running proof-of-concept evaluations
  • Strong project management skills including budgeting and vendor oversight
  • Experience supporting new construction or renovation projects

Nice-to-have

  • Familiarity with identity platforms and physical-digital credential workflows
  • Knowledge of emerging physical security sensors and cloud ecosystems
  • PMP, PSP, CSPO/PSPO, or relevant security technology certifications
  • Experience in highly regulated or multi-site global environments

Key Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in enterprise physical security technology
  • Hands-on expertise with CCure 9000, VideoEdge, Victor, and Genetec
  • Proven track record in capital security project leadership
