Base: $24.00 - $48.00 per hour; Bonus: $3,000 sign-on bonus within 30 days; Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, Retirement, Paid Time Off
Skills & Requirements
Must-have
Diagnose and repair commercial HVAC systems
Operate air-cooled and water-cooled systems up to 1000 tons
Maintain accurate field service reports and refrigerant tracking
Use power tools and mechanical equipment for repairs
Travel up to 50% of the time and work overtime
Nice-to-have
Experience with building automation systems (BAS)
Familiarity with energy efficiency best practices
Proven expertise in large-scale system start-ups and teardowns
Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
Prior experience in HVAC equipment rentals
Key Requirements
High School Diploma or GED
Type 4 - EPA Universal Certification
3+ years hands-on experience with air/water-cooled systems and boilers
5+ years Commercial HVAC experience
Valid Driver's License
Ability to obtain Forklift Certification
Minimum 1 year experience using Windows and MS Outlook
