Job Summary
As the Principal Program Manager for the Innovation Track, you will serve as the "Pilot-in-Command," owning the end-to-end design, maintenance, and operationalization of this key track within Workday’s Partner Program.
Your primary responsibilities will include partnering closely with GPO leaders and Partner Strategy SMEs, translating business needs into actionable commercial design options, and leading a cross-functional "Pod" to build out required program infrastructure.

Salary
Primary Location Base Pay Range: $150,900 USD - $226,300 USD; Additional US Location(s) Base Pay Range: $143,400 USD - $254,600 USD; Bonus/Equity: May be eligible for Workday Bonus Plan or role-specific commission/bonus, as well as annual refresh stock grants

Key Requirements
7+ years of progressive work experience
3+ years building and managing partner programs
Experience with consumption-based monetization models
Ability to build complex financial models
Proficiency in Google Suite, Excel, PowerPoint, and Salesforce.com
