  • Provide robust strategic, operational, and budgetary support to the MEI organization, ensuring compliant and efficient execution of plans.
  • Lead efforts to establish/optimize/evolve the MEI team, monitor efficiency, effectiveness & compliance, and independently lead implementation of new ways of working.
  • Lead budget management and Strategic/Operating Plan development, ensuring MEI resources are well balanced to meet strategic objectives.
