The Manager of Workforce Strategy will play a pivotal role in crafting the future of our workforce by developing and implementing strategies that align our talent with the organization’s overall business objectives.
You will focus on driving alignment for how the organization evolves—specifically regarding the on-shore / off-shore / near-shore mix and the shape/levels of the organization—to maximize investment and returns.
